In line with UNAIDS’ 90-90-90 goals, we promote HIV testing in communities, schools, colleges and universities, health facilities, and at hotspots so that people know their HIV status and consequently of all people with diagnosed.


TCSO is using a rights-based approach to address education barriers for girls particularly barriers that are grounded on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) issues and those related to gender based violence (GBV) and discrimination of girls.


Providing adequate water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services is critical to improving the survival, health and development of children, women and community at all. In Tanzania, WASH-sensitive indicators such as diarrhoea and stunting are high. 


TCSO has been working on ways to support community savings groups through new lending practices, allowing communities to grow their economic activities. Savings groups are owned, managed, and operated by the members.


Our Christian faith leads us to believe every person is created in God’s image and deserves life in all its fullness. Because inadequate livelihoods impede the well-being of families and the children that live within them our faith requires us to respond.

The USAID Adolescents and Children HIV Incidence Reduction, Empowerment and Virus Elimination project, or ACHIEVE, is a five-year global effort to reach and sustain HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescents, infants and children.


DREAMS stands for Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe. It is a program that provides young women ages 15-24 years old with comprehensive evidence-based interventions and services to reduce HIV risk from sexual partners, strengthen families


 HIV/AIDS PREVENTION PROGRAM among of program which implementing by TCSO a recipient of PEPFAR support through HJFMRI/WRP-T, implementing HIV and AIDS interventions in Kyela DC at Mbeya Region.


The goal of Tumaini Community Services Organization-Tanzania new strategy is to contribute to the improved and sustained well-being of 10,827,604 children including 2,541,600 children identified as the most vulnerable children by 2027.

Pray for the poor, the powerless, the afflicted, the oppressed, and the marginalized. Pray for hope and dignity for all women and children. Pray for unjust attitudes and systems to be challenged and for resources to be shared. Pray for love for all people without discrimination or conditions. Pray for peace – within homes, communities, and nations, with God, with oneself. Pray for hope in the face of need and suffering. Pray for a blessing on the efforts made by Tumaini Community Services Organization teams and many others to lighten their plight. Pray for life in all its fullness for every child. And pray for every heart to have the will to make it so.
